A Family Business

Meet your hosts:

Norman and Reiko are long-time residents of Shikoku. Norman, a 50 year cyclist, former Ironman triathlete and restaurant owner, found it incredibly easy to fall in love with Japan decades ago as he’s both a foodie and a cyclist. Norman sold his restaurant business 10 years ago to follow his passion and start running a cycle touring company.

Reiko comes from a radically different background – she grew up in a family fish business. Her hosting skills come from her yen (strong craving) for exploring and sharing the beauty of Shikoku’s landscapes with visitors. Reiko is a cyclist and also a licenced bike mechanic.

The team has been independently running tours for 8 years now, but before that they had already been, and still are, successfully involved in supporting large international touring companies who ride in Japan.
